Escape armbar from mount
Key concept: we can escape armbars by deconstructing elements that make an armbar. Here we go over a great escape for an armbar from mount when there is a lot of pressure.
Spinning armbar from guard
Key steps:
1) Create an armbar threat: Put your hips as close to their shoulder as possible (remember to keep your hips up), and grab around their arm.
2) Try to get yourself under them (by pulling your head close to first knee) and at the same time pull them over you with your legs (over your head).
3) Pull your head under first knee, then under the second leg. You should end up on the side with your bottom arm wrapping around opponents arm.
Escape belly down armbar

2) Step over their top leg and power roll forward.
3) Put your forehead in their chest/shoulder and come up into half guard.
